Cat- and Dog- Walks and Hikes
​
From 15 minutes to 3 hours, we offer walks of any kind; daily, weekly, and on-call. We understand that some companions (cats, dogs, ferrets, etc) may need a short walk around the neighborhood or a potty break, while others need to get out some extra energy and adventure the unpaved outdoors. Whether it be because you have a busy day ahead, aren’t feeling up to a walk, or perhaps don’t like the weather as much as your furry friend might. We can come by pick them up and take them out for whatever they may need. And they will still come home with (mostly) clean paws ! We will also give treats and refresh their fresh water so they feel refreshed, relaxed, and rewarded after every jaunt.

Visits and Check-ins

We also offer visits, ranging from 15 minute (and up) check-ins, to full-day companionship. While this time can include a walk, it can [also] include any extra time your companion(s) may need, whether it be for a potty break, some cuddle time at home, time out of restricted access, and more; because sometimes, post-walk cuddles and wind down time are necessary, or even some attentive time in. Whether you are home, but need us to take some time off their paws, or need a visit to break your time away, we are around to come by and give your companion(n) some company. We can also swing by to clean the litter box, pick up poop, etc.
If you are out of town and have companion(s) that do not need accompanying overnight, but do need check-in visits, this may be the thing for you!

Half- and Full- Day Adventures/Care
For those that need a little more TLC, we offer personalized longer adventures, just your companion(s) and us, providing half- (5-6 hours) and full-days (8-9 hours). Living in the Pacific Northwest gives us access to many options and much to explore, so why not let them be discoverers? Whether it be a trip to the coast for beach play and free running, or into the mountains for gained elevation and snow play, we create personalized trips with you and your companion(s) in mind to provide the best experience we can.
Prefer a luxurious day of cuddles and care for them? If you simply need to provide
your companion(a) with a relaxing day out of the house so you can get things
done or have people over, we can do that too!

Overnight Care
Trips away from your loved one(s), whether it be one night or more, can be stressful, both for you and them. At Barks N’ Biscuits PDX, we try to make things a breeze. Whether your companion(s) can’t be left alone for more than four hours at a time, has medication or an important regiment, loves excessive cuddles, or is simply like me and likes things a certain way, we accommodate to fit their needs and facilitate a comfortable experience. From early morning playtimes and mid day toy tosses, to full body massages (because those deep paw massages seem to get sleepy faces from even the most energetic of puppies), we try to provide them with the best staycation they can while you’re away, making them excited for the next.
If you are out of town and have companion(s) that do not need accompanying overnight, but do need regular/intermittent visits, you may also see our check-in visits above!

Traveling care
Do you have busy travel plans that include your pet?
We know that it can sometimes be hard for your companions to be in new locations, and traveling keeps you busy! We can travel with you as your pet assistant, ensuring comfort for them and less stress (and perhaps trips downstairs) for you. Our goal is to make sure that your trip is as much of a vacation as possible for both you and you companion(s).

House Checks

While our specialty is taking care of your companion(s), we have picked up a few good natured notes along the way to keep your home taken care of and bustling along per usual. If you are out of town with your pet, we can come bring in your mail and packages, alternate blinds and lights, water plants, etc. to keep your house safe and cozy for your return. Starting at only $15 per visit.

Pet Goods Drop-Off

Need more dog food, treats, toys, etc? Let us know and save the trip! We can pick supplies up and bring them during our next visit, starting at only $10 (plus the cost of the supplies).

Attendant Service
​
We’ll wait for the cable person, piano tuner, movers, furniture delivery person, or plumber, so you don’t have to.
Just $20.00 per hour, prorated to 15 minute increments, $20.00 minimum
